My gorgeous friend Karin recently lost her mum.
She loves to scrap and hasn't found enough time lately.
Here's the sketch:
I used Bo Bunny Time piece set and grabbed that matching chipboard set. Love it!
The flower is cut from The Timepiece paper also and the flower die cut is from Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake art.
(which is getting a huge run lately, because it is always in my cricut and ALWAYS seems to have a cut I want).
I just started at 1.5inches and kept cutting the same flower one size down until my blade said... 'No. Too small.'
Yes. My blade talks.
Here is the inside of the card with my message to Karin wiped out for her eyes only. :)
My love gifting is exclusive stuff.
Besides, I don't do soppy that well.
But I wanted to show you this awesome paper.
To make meaning on the front of the card. I didn't want to buy her flowers. They only last moments. I bought her a gift certificate at Inspired Crafts. She can make the memories of her mum last forever instead.
She is a scrapbooker too and I know she will find healing with this gift much more than flowers can offer.
Thanks Bo Bunny for a gorgeous sketch and the opportunity to let a good friend know I'm there for her.

While I'm on the sop...
May as well crank out this one too and really get the mush oozing out of your comp screen.
Here's a digi layout using Pickleberrypop Great Outdoors Collaborative collection 'To Go' by Shawna.
The sentiment says it all really.
So before you say,
"oooooooo Chloe's soooo CLEVER, how DID she do that????"
Well, I copied my photo, clicked and dragged it behind the box. Oh - and typed a text box.
That's it. Done.
It's a memory worth treasuring in a cute way,
and it doesn't come much cuter or quicker than Pickleberrypop's 'To go' pages.
But just for the record... I AM clever. Lol.
