Cheap Chirpin Prize Box Jackpot and Hot Blog Hop Update

Cheap Chirpin Tuesday!
#3 for April

PAINT POTS!

Bunnings had these two sets of 22ml paint pots for $9 per four. Just $2.25 per pot. So I had to take home the metallics and the pearl sets.
It is really good paint with excellent coverage.
PLUS the silver and metallic colours are actually metallic looking. (Not like some that end up looking dark grey)

The winner of the Cheap Chirpers this month wins the PEARL set of four. It has a real glimmermist style shimmer to it.
The pot is just the perfect size for a few scrap projects with no wastage. Great for chipboard coverage.

And remember the prize box has jackpotted!
Cheap Chirpin prize box is: Chalking palette, Metallic wire, Whimsical paper clips, Pentel outline markers, Bag of mixed brads, ten sheets of bazzills, 39 pieces of chipboard lettering, pearl paint pots, fake eyelashes, 20 doilies, coloured bakers twine, liquid pearls and whatever Carlene from Me n Miss Pink Cricut has for you today here!

Enter weekly by commenting on all our Cheap Chirpin Posts for April and you could win all this, a cart, or some Peachy Keen Stamps this month! YOUR CHOICE! Read the rules here.

So I finally have set up a scrap space in my new location and I am looking forward to being a scrapping blog that actually has pictures of my scrapbooking again soon!

Great Giveaways at Amie's

I don't usually plug giveaways on other blogs. Amie from Every Day is a Craft Day is giving away $50 worth of goodies for 50 followers. Click here to see the post.

However - the REAL reason I am plugging her blog is because she is one talented lady! She is a divine scrapbooker and creates the most amazing work!

She also adds great pictorial tutorials to follow

Hurry over there if you want to be in the draw, she is announcing a winner as soon as she hits 50 followers.
 Which is very close!
Plus, even if you don't win, you'll gain so much more inspiration on your blog dashboard every day from seeing her gorgeous creations. She really is an amazing scrapper.

Pssssttttt: Word on the street is that Jacob has arrived in his first destination!!!!! Stay tuned!

Cheap Chirpin Tuesday!

Cheap Chirpin Tuesday is here again!
Cheap Chirper #2 for April!

The Cheap Chirper is: FAKE EYELASHES!

These can be loads of fun in the scrap room!
You can pick them up at red dot stores for cheap.

Sorry about the photo. Bit flashy.

Now, I'll be honest, I've never worn fake eyelashes EVER but if I did... I would NOT choose ones from a cheap $2 shop... the inferior glue would probably burn my eyes off!
I have enough watery eye trouble with good quality eye make-up.

So they look great with large google eyes. You can trim them for crazy paper doll hair.
Here is one of my examples.

Now, if you want to join in on the Cheap Chirpin fun, read the rules in last week's post here and make sure you leave a comment here. You could win a choice of prizes including: the months worth of Cheap Chirpers, Cartridges and Peachy Keen Stamps.

Michelle from My Life as a Wannabe Scrapper won last week and chose Wide Eyed Peachy Keen Stamps...Congrats Michelle! We can't wait to see her creations! PLUS this means that the Cheap Chirpin Prize box has JACKPOTTED! If you comment all this month, you could win ALL the cheap Chirpers from March and April or your choice of prizes!

Carlene from Me n Miss Pink Cricut will be posting her Cheap Chirper tomorrow as she has a sick bubba at home.
Hope your little man sleeps well. xx

But visit her blog tomorrow to see what is being added to the prize box!

Thanks for all your kind words about my sudden relocation. It is going well and I am still in transition but I am happy to get my blog fix tonight! It was beautiful to read such gorgeous comments and I can't wait to be in my own space creating again! You all put sunshine in my day with your comments and inspirational scrapbooking.

Peachy Keen for a new beginning!

Hi all! I will be missing in action for a little while but stay with me! I have not disappeared!

In one week my life has dramatically changed and I am relocating today to a new town 150km away. I will hopefully settle soon and the first thing I will unpack is a scrap area!

So this is my last creation for a little while. A fitting one. I am going to give this card to the first neighbour I meet in my new town.

I will arrive in style with two little spunkymonkey boys making lots of boy noise and I can only imagine what the reaction is going to be!   After living on 7 acres, the boys noise decibels reach inaudible levels at times... Living in town, on a small block... hmmmm.....

My poor future neighbours don't know what is coming. lol.

Anyway. I am sad to be leaving but always look on life's curb balls with a positive attitude, so the journey ahead is unknown, daunting but exciting too.

This card is to enter in Peachy Keen Sketch Challenge #49.
THE SKETCH

I used Funshine faces for my neighbours and a Retro face for me!

I also used a makeup sponge to ink the bricks.
Look at my poor scrap cutting mat!

See you soon! My next post will be when Jacob has reached Perth and is having fun with Carlene at Me n' Miss Pink Cricut!

Thanks Peachy Keen Challenge blog for always giving me the perfect reason to scrap!

100 Follower Celebration Smiles Challenge Winner Annouced!

Thank you so much for joining my Smiles challenge everyone! I love seeing people smile and making people smile and all my followers and comments certainly do that! I love my Blogworld!

I can not believe that Blogger will only let me follow 300 people max and I have reached my limit!!!! Who are they to judge how fast I can read and comment! (And I do get around to most blogs often!) So I will find a way to fix that dilemma and keep following awesome people.

Anyhow, here is 22 reasons to smile.

See all the fabulous creators by clicking their links in this post: HERE

I am such a typical indecisive Libra star sign and can not pick a winner. Random org is a good friend to me. I would use it to decide my clothes, or my food, or anything that required me to make a decision if I could!

I would give everyone prizes if I could! The winner is:

Email me your address and I will send you Zooballoo and the matching Peachy Keen Set ABC Animal Faces!

Congratulations!

200 follower celebration isn't too far away!

Thanks for making the world smile ladies!
